|Recommended: YesDecent living quarters for the price — It is decent living quarters for the price you pay. You live close to campus, that the price you pay doesn't seem that bad. The furniture is decent, but needs to be upgraded a little. All-in-all it is a nice campus to live in.
|Recommended: YesOkay but good price — Parking was as bad as it is on campus, the buildings are nice and maintenance is really good at fixing stuff quickly. Biggest issue was office communication. I wasn't given much detailed information during times and it caused confusion but they were able to fix issues like that over time. In comparison to other furnished apartments in Kent they are really well priced and well managed. It was also very worth it overall to do laundry in the main building when it came to price and electric cost.
