submitted by Allison M. - |Recommended: YesI have recently moved into a renovated 1 bedroom apartment. I have had issues with hornets coming into my apartment through the balcony. While dealing with the problem myself on more than one occasion, I ended up getting stung and had an allergic reaction that I did not know wpuld happen. I have put in numerous maintenance requests, and it has been days with no contact. One of the requests I put in got marked as completed not even 30 seconds after I made the request and I have a screenshot of it. This isn't even the worst part. Today, I found a DEAD BAT under my dresser. Thank God I deep clean once a week and saw this. It had to have happened within the past 2 days or so, because there was no smell yet. This is appalling to find, especially in a newly renovated apartment. Considering I slept in the room with a dead rodent is disgusting and who knows what diseases this bat could have been carrying.

submitted by Naoko C. - |Recommended: NoSo dirty — The room hasn’t been cleaned at all. There were hairs and bits of trash left on the bed from the previous person. The floor hasn’t been cleaned either, and there’s a lot of dust around the heater. It’s terrible.

submitted by Adrianna B. - |Recommended: YesI live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom style apartment. My room is the smallest, but my rent seems to be the most expensive. Most of the staff is pleasant and works well with concerns. However, when I first signed my lease I was told my roommates and I could sign at different times and still live together. Wrong Unfortunately it was a big hassle trying to figure out my living situation. Everything else has been okay, except for grounds. Most of the time sidewalks do not get salted or plowed for a few days making it hard to walk and drive in some areas.

It would also be really cool to get a smith machine in the gym area as well, because of the versatility. Also, a lat pulldown machine with a side standing cable row part would also allow more people to work out all in one

Not only that, they both always have such a positive vibe going and they have made me feel as if I have 2 great friends in the office as well. They exhibit professionalism while maintaining a very down to earth way of speaking with residents. They have told me about some fun ideas they have had for events, including some nostalgic merch like yoyos. These two have made my experience living here top notch
