|Recommended: NoVery expensive for the quality — Low availability of parking, resident portal is not intuitive and I get add on fees all of the time.

|Recommended: YesMy experience here at University Oaks. — Overall, I tend to be more particular of my environment and stringent about things than the overall person. Staff in general here is great, I have really no issues in the ways of quality, and even though I'm on the first floor there's really no issues in noise. However, I will say there will likely be days you're forced to park in guest parking or have to wait for a spot As I did when I moved in.
The rooms do tend to be a bit... unhinged cleanliness-wise, as the floors and many things needed cleaned properly, it seemed very obvious that the only person that might've cleaned the unit was the previous tenant. though, half-arsed
There's constantly random pieces of trash littered through the complex which is to be expected from college students.
This place is very close to campus, which is a huge plus.. account that with pre-furnished, most utilities covered and a decently sized unit, non-joint and several liability look that up if you're coming in with a random roommate, trust me. and you have a pretty good temporary home. I strongly recommend living here throughout your college life as opposed to the dorms, just make sure you stay on top of things while you're here and you should be set

|Recommended: YesGreat Mostly, but not for all — For me this place has been great, however my roommate is handicap and has multiple things causing difficulties in daily life, but NOTHING is ADA Accessible anywhere. There are no wheelchair accessible entrances, as far as I'm aware there are no deaf fire alarm add ons, and in the apartment there is not a single standard sized ADA Legal doorway. The bathroom alone is a hazard for any mobility issue.

|Recommended: YesParking issues — I’ve seem to come on multiple occasions where I own a parking pass but there’s not a single spot in all of the parking lots. There are loads of cars that don’t own passes but continue to be there so I have an issue that I’m paying for a pass I can’t use.

|Recommended: YesOaks — Not too bad. I like how the set up is and how there are AC units in each room. The maintenance could use work but overall pretty good.

|Recommended: NoOverall bad experience. — I came into this place with high expectations and was disappointed from the moment I signed my lease, from roommates who were allergic to my emotional support animal which I told the office about before rooms were assigned to the overall cleanliness off the apartment, or lack of rather. Gum on the kitchen floor, paint in the living room, red substance on the ceiling, floor peeling up, command hooks from prior residents, and dirty floors counters. You name it, we cleaned it… on move in day… So far I’m unimpressed.
We are sorry that the condition of your apartment was less than excellent. Your feedback helps us to do better in the future.
|Recommended: YesMove-In — We had to majorly clean and had to call maintenance in regards to our dishwasher overflowing immediately upon arrival. The biggest issue was that we were not made aware of a cat formerly living in our apartment and my roommate is deathly allergic to cats. Her room is the only room that doesn’t have new carpets and we wish this would have been communicated.
I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations upon moving in. Since that time, I hope you are happy with your apartment home!
