|Recommended: YesOverall great can’t wait to see how the year goes — For the most part nice, you can tell that they haven’t really replaced outlets and light switches like some other places do but that is my only complaint. For the price and location you can’t really beat it.

|Recommended: YesFirst Time Renting — My roommate and I had a couple of problems that are currently getting fixed. The staff was kind and helpful when helping us correct these problems. The apartments are great for college students.

|Recommended: NoDidn’t keep original lease — I am very upset that you didn’t keep my original lease. My roommate also had the same problem last year so I know this is not an uncommon occurrence. I believe this practice is shady and you should keep your lease as promised.

|Recommended: YesMy boyfriend and I have been here for almost a year so far dual occupancy in a 1 bedroom and it has been amazing so far. The staff is so friendly and maintenance is incredibly kind, and responds to requests very quickly. There are a few college apartment quirks like small kitchen, limited lighting, etc., but nothing crazy. We plan on staying for a long time— it just feels like home

|Recommended: YesGreat Location — You are slightly off-campus but a quick walk or bike ride away. Laundry is now in each building which is great and there is a gym in the Leasing Office opened 24 7
