|Recommended: YesIt is very nice. — Most of the time it is extremely quiet, apart from being on the first floor and hearing the floor squeak from the upstairs apartment movement.

|Recommended: YesGreat experience — I was absolutely happy to live here last two years. Maintenance is fast and good. Stuff is very friendly, helpful, responsible. Internet connection is fast and stable, which was great during KSU shut down. Aparments are spacious and clean.
