|Recommended: YesGreat experience — I was absolutely happy to live here last two years. Maintenance is fast and good. Stuff is very friendly, helpful, responsible. Internet connection is fast and stable, which was great during KSU shut down. Aparments are spacious and clean.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex I have ever lived in at KSU — I have only lived in one other apartment complex, but comparing the two this one is 10xs better. The staff, and the people working at University Oaks are way nicer and way more understanding. This is an college apartment complex, but it feels like a home because of the environment of this complex. It is so peaceful and quiet I never had a noise issue ever, and it just felt like a really safe place to be living when your a college student away from home. The grounds are kept nice and clean and I appreciate that as well.
