|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex I have ever lived in at KSU — I have only lived in one other apartment complex, but comparing the two this one is 10xs better. The staff, and the people working at University Oaks are way nicer and way more understanding. This is an college apartment complex, but it feels like a home because of the environment of this complex. It is so peaceful and quiet I never had a noise issue ever, and it just felt like a really safe place to be living when your a college student away from home. The grounds are kept nice and clean and I appreciate that as well.

|Recommended: YesI love University Oaks — I love living at Oaks The apartment is the best you can get for the price. I love having the option to live by myself. Being able to walk to campus saves so much money with not having to buy a parking pass for class. The clubhouse is so comfortable and a great place to study

|Recommended: YesThe good Great location, lovely spacious apartments The bad very noisy neighbors — Very pretty apartments with great space. Main downside is how clearly you can hear neighbors even neighbors across the parking lot and the unfortunately high amount of parties being had in the apartments despite the pandemic.

|Recommended: YesGreat first apartment — I love being so close to everything in Kent, the apartment comes with the basic furniture, and not having to find move a bed or couch or fridge made my life so much easier The one inconvenience that affects me frequently is the lack of overhead light in the living room.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — It's conveniently located right across from campus and is on the bus line. It comes with furniture and a fully functioning kitchen. The monthly rent is reasonable considering the apartment quality, what comes with the apartment, and the amenities that are in the clubhouse
