|Recommended: YesThis place feels like a home and it's close to campus — I would tell them that the apartments are very spacious, the deck is a nice feature if you live on the 2nd floor , and that there is a lot of parking it is close to campus right across the street

|Recommended: YesGood for your first apartment — It's actually pretty nice and they give you a lot of the essentials so there is less stress trying to furnish the entire apartment. Super close to campus so traveling is a non-issue.

|Recommended: YesVery friendly and safe — Its a great place to live for college students Good resources to go to if you need a place to study, do laundry, work out, etc. Employees are extremely friendly and the location is fantastic with campus only a couple minutes walk away. Very lovely

Everything looks and feels very clean and everything is pretty much in good condition. The location is great being that it is super close to the Kent campus, you literally cross one street and you're there. The experience living here has been great

|Recommended: YesMove-in Review — So far I have really enjoyed living here. When moving in, I was given contradictory information about parking, guest parking, and my roommate and I were not given the same welcome information as far as what was needed from us on our online portals, deadlines, etc. which was frustrating. But overall everything went smoothly and the apartment in general is lovely and very spacious. I haven't had a problem with parking. There was some property damage from the previous tenants that we have been waiting to get fixed. I don't like that wifi isn't secured with a password. I'm worried about other people using our wifi network as well as my information being accessible to whomever. I think the rent price with all the amenities included and the location right off campus is a great bargain. There are a lot of places for the same rent or higher with less overall value.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, bad guest parking — I love my apartment It is very spacious and homey. The only problem I have is the guest parking. You have to have a guest parking pass for guests to park in the guest lot, and you obtain it from the office. However, the office closes at 7, making it difficult to find time in your day to go pick up a parking pass that is only good for one day. Also had to scrub clean a lot when we first arrived.
